- The strap is a precaution to prevent the vest ridding up when in the water due to its buoyancy, but should not be adjusted to be too tight.

Great vest
My little girl loved this vest and got lots of use of it on our holiday. The only thing I will say is that it is rather big. She’s in 3-4 clothes and it did ride up on her so will probably fit her better next year.
