We don’t really need another excuse to drink Rosé, but just incase you do, we have shared some tips to help you really live that Rosé lifestyle this summer.

 Shake up a refreshing Rosé cocktail

Create the ultimate Rosé cocktail and kick off Rosé season with a Sunnylife fave recipe:

Rosé Mimosa

Ingredients:

  • Create the syrup with ¼ cup sugar, ¼ cup water
  • The cocktail: Reach for your fave bottle of rosé (you will need an entire bottle), ½ bottle of prosecco
  • The garnish: Rosemary Sprigs

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan, bring the sugar and water to boil, simmer for 5 mins until dissolved
  • Cool and mix in your choice of rosé, then freeze in a loaf pan, then breakup occasionally until it’s frozen solid
  • Process in batches in a food processor until smooth, then freeze again until firm
  • Scoop into our Wild Posy Champagne Glass and top off with prosecco
  • Garnish with your rosemary to serve
