Due to the current situation, we unfortunately experiencing delays in our Los Angeles based warehouse. Currently is is taking approximately 5 business days to pick and pack online orders. We are working as quickly as we can to get your orders to you. Our delivery partners around the globe are ensuring parcels arrive in the safest way possible.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.

For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage.

If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

Shipping & Handling

Our online store currently offers shipping at two rates to the USA:

Standard Delivery - flat rate $10.

Free Delivery over $149 - available on all subtotal orders above $149.

Please allow up to 3 - 8 business days for delivery.

Free shipping valid for orders shipped within US only on a standard service with USPS or FedEx Ground. Free shipping is calculated on the value of your cart, after all discounts are applied.

International Shipments

International shipments may be subject to the imposition of customs or import duties once they reach their destination. You will be liable for all of these duties and it is your sole responsibility to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. We are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and will provide an invoice to customs should they require it.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
