The vest is adorable but since it doesn’t have a crotch strap it is too big for my almost 5 year old. It slips off right over her head. This needs to fit very snug since there is no way to tighten it. She is average size for a 4 year old but I will have to order another size down. But quality is excellent and the 2-3 I ordered for my son actually fits her very well.
